Together with his wife, Nanci Ballard, he successfully owned and operated a medical device company for many years, where he served in key leadership roles as Director of Sales and Director of Operations.

In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures, Frank has built a strong foundation in financial advisory services, specializing in private wealth management for high-net-worth families. His expertise includes strategic tax planning, legacy planning, and compliance with SEC and FINRA regulations. Over the years, he has held multiple financial licenses, sold syndicated transactions to accredited investors, and provided invaluable guidance in navigating complex financial landscapes.
