Deja Watson is a skilled operations professional and housing advocate based in Columbus, Ohio. She currently serves as Director of Administrative Services at AO1 Solutions Group, a real estate holding firm, where she oversees daily operations, leads strategic initiatives, and supports the company’s growth through thoughtful systems management and collaborative leadership.

With more than a decade of experience supporting mission-driven organizations, entrepreneurs, and executive teams, Deja has developed a reputation for her calm efficiency, strong communication skills, and commitment to community impact. Her previous work as a Housing Case Manager allowed her to support individuals facing housing instability—connecting them with critical resources and services that promote long-term stability and well-being. Whether managing backend systems or client-facing services, Deja approaches her work with careful consideration, clarity, and a deep sense of responsibility.

Her foundation in hospitality and creative design informs her human-centered approach to operations. While she continues to take on select design and event projects through her boutique brand, Vine & River Co., her primary focus is on building sustainable, organized structures that make meaningful work possible.

Outside of work, Deja enjoys a quietly fulfilling life in Columbus with her daughter, Ivy London, and their cat, Wednesday. Ivy is the heart of her world—silly, sweet, and always reminding her to breathe, laugh, and soak in the little things. Deja loves slow mornings, good coffee, and a well-organized to-do list. Whether she’s exploring a new neighborhood for work, or hosting a make-believe tea party for Ivy and her friends, she holds the same sense of care and love in every aspect of her life.
