Joshua grew up learning the trades from his grandfather, installing radiant heat and later moving into cabinetry, woodworking, and handyman work.

Alongside building custom furniture, he spent over four years as a hospital project manager, where he created and led a staffing pool across multiple hospitals in Nashville.

Today, he brings both hands-on construction experience and proven administrative leadership, keeping projects organized and built to last.
